Many do prefer our intensive 1 on 1 Personal Training(which delivers the fastest results) however some clients will want company as they workout and to get that personal training attention on a budget.
Group Training is different from bootcamp as you working on building muscle and losing fat in a fully structured periodization program.
In our group training you will build friendships, support and encourage your fellow teammate and grow as a group.

Differences from a Regular Bootcamp
Bootcamps are more cardiovascular training, where you are moving to a beat and having a lot of fun burning calories. In Group Training more attention is paid to form, tempo and pushing a higher resistance. Technique is taught and practiced. Members are grouped according to their fitness level.
