Your relationship with food will improve and you will be able to maintain the new you  through a sustainable lifestyle. Whether you're here to lose weight, gain strength or improve how you feel, we're dedicated to helping you reach your goal. 
The equipment was chosen with different types of training in mind, whether it be functional training, free-weights, bodyweight, cables or speed(plyometric) training, we can accommodate you.


OUR PHILOSOPHY

FITFORGOOD is more than personal training it is a movement. We all want to get fit one and for all but in our efforts we find ourselves "yo-yo"ing. We loose weight then we put it back on and never find a sustainable approach. Sure if you ate grilled Turkey and Asparagus all year round you will get shredded but how sustainable is that?

We show you how you can live your life and get fit. If you like chocolate eat chocolate, if you like wine have your wine, etc. We help educate you on nutrition, lifestyle and exercise routines that you can sustain based on your current routines and ethnic diet. We show you how you can eat and train so that you can enjoy the things you love in life, learning to do it smarter. We help you manage the logistics of you life and diet in the 23 hrs a day you not spending at the gym.

Haven't you noticed people at your gym working out all year round but you do not see any noticeable results. There is a way to train, a way to eat, a time to train and a time to eat. A workout that works for a 20 year old will not yield the same results if a 40 yr old person did it. There are hormones to consider, sleep patterns, diets, logistics to meal preparation and buying ingredients that do not break the bank.
