What does Personal Training Stand for?

Ever heard the phrase "don’t take things personally"? Well, I have and after going through life and collecting experiences, one gets to learn what needs personal attention and what doesn’t. When it comes to personal training, people think it’s expensive and only for people who need to lose weight or people who are super fit, but that’s not the case 90% of the time.

Personal training, it’s about the personal; this essential means that there is a person who is helping you grow in the fitness world both mentally and physically in a safe environment. As a client of a personal trainer, I can say that after many failed attempts trying to feel my best I have finally found a gym that is private, clean, and convenient, along with a trainer who is knowledgeable, a good listener (because we all need those people in our lives), and a friend who will hold me accountable, teach me about form a technique while helping me find my own way in my fitness journey. That is the personal part because everyone is so different from one another. Hence, no two clients will ever be the same when it comes to personal training.

 From experience, I suggest anyone who is looking to make positive changes in their life find themselves a personal trainer and a private gym to become fit for good because this is a lifestyle change; not temporary.
